Bad Day
Or really a bad week. I just haven’t been on my game this week with eating right. I’ve gotten in a couple of good workouts, but I’ve just been shoveling in the junk food.
But the difference between me now and where I was a year ago, and especially two years ago, is that instead of beating myself up and being depressed about it for several days, tomorrow I’m going to drink a lot of water, watch what I eat better, and find some time for exercise (even if it’s walking). Just try to make that day better than yesterday. Try to be more even-keeled, rather than riding a roller coaster.
Now, I go drink some water before bed.
