January Goals
I set out to accomplish 5 attainable goals last month. I stole this idea from Ben Does Life, but didn’t officially participate on his forum (sorry dude). Listed below are said goals, with results in parentheses:
•Lose 5 pounds (lost 6. Boo ya)
•Read 2 books (I read 1 and a 1/3)
•exercise 3 times a week or more (accomplished)
•read my Bible every day before work (70% success rate, needs improvement)
•no Xbox on a weekday (accomplished, except for one day I was home sick).
So I wasn’t perfect, but I feel good about it all. Got to keep moving in February. It’s a short month, so I have to work harder.
