Things I Did Healthy (Healthful? Healthily?) Today

  • Took my vitamins
  • Ate an egg for breakfast
  • Ate a piece of fruit
  • Only drank one diet soda
  • Got my exercise on
  • Drank lots of water
  • Only ate one (1!) brownie for dessert tonight, even though my wife cut them up into little bitty squares so small I could probably eat four of them.
