Lent

Squats
Is there anything that makes you feel stronger or more sore than a good set of squats? Probably not. 7 x 135 pounds 5 x 185 3 x 225 1 x 275 This was sandwiched by a good warmup and a half mile walk around the track. Feeling good today.

Very good article from New Years that I recently stumbled upon. The part about the voices in your head (of the fat guy and the skinny guy) really hit home for me. I’ve definitely heard both of them before. Now I just try to listen to the voice that says, “keep going.”
